Eva brings decades of extensive business experience to streamline the venture’s operations. She began her career in finance and analysis, where she developed her analytical acumen. As Marketing Manager, she built the business’ customer base in China. As Operations Director, she oversees 200 employees and is a key leader in quality assurance, cost management, and productivity. Eva attained a Diploma of Accounting from Tianjin University of Finance & Economics.
Chunling Guo (Spring)
Chief Operating Officer
Spring is a strong leader with over 15 years of experience in project and basketball media management with NBA China’s operations. As Senior Manager of Digital Media, she established frameworks and processes to ensure quality live content delivery of NBA games. She trained corporate partners to understand NBA’s IP regulations and ensure that they were not misused, and she ensured the fulfilment of contract obligations. Spring’s strong background in digital branding and IP for a multinational brand makes her uniquely suited to lead this aspect of the venture. She achieved a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of New Brunswick.
Tze Yee Tay
Chief Marketing Officer
Tze Yee is a marketing professional with almost 10 years of experience in selling large scale private label jewellery. As Sales & Marketing Director, she leads the team in conducting in-depth market analysis and develops unique segmentation methods to target specific customer demographics. She determines pricing strategies, manages performance, refines the selling points on media channels, and works with finance to define budgets. Tze Yee accomplished a Diploma of Business and Information Systems from Swinburne University of Technology.
